negligence at student accommodation south point nmj

I'm a student at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, currently residing at student residence, South Point New Market Junction. The room that i'm placed in has been leaking for the past 6 months , I reported this several times to the maintenance team at the residence,but nothing has been done about it, the room is moldy it stinks . Its living hazard and I have paid R 27849.00 already for the accommodation.
