Lamunu Meeting Room in Sad Decline

Having previously made use on numerous occasions of a once fantastic venue, I am sad to say I have now experienced the Worst conference venue in Joburg! This place should be closed down. The room was not cleaned or prepared for our group, tables and chairs were not set out - in fact nothing had been cleaned from whomever used the room the previous day! Tea/coffee was not ready for us and also inconveniently situated in the conference room, causing an interruption each time the urn was checked etc. The afternoon tea did not arrive at all! The projector was broken. One poor gent was assigned to 'help' us but could do no more than shrug his shoulders due to the fact that 'nothing is kept on site'. Why are these people in the hospitality business? To date I have received not so much as an apology, when in fact a refund is what should have happened. Therefore I feel I must warn people to stay away from LAMUNU
