irate student resident

I have written numerous maintenance request to enable my locker to lock. However this has not been addressed com the first week of March till now. I went to the key centre to look for a key and it was never found. I was told to make an entry and request the whole handle and key slot to be replaced. I did that was told it would be done. I have had to run around and ask no response or update is given on my query but my contact is in the book. I am out of avenues to seek help hence I am writing this complaint. I am disappointed because other incidents are addressed in the book there is no job number for my request. it's been a month and I do not understand what else needs to be done. Hopefully I will get assistance urgently.
