Horrible Accommodation

I have been living at South Point The Orchards for a while now, and while the location and amenities initially seemed promising, the experience has been marred by one major issue: the internet service. For students who rely heavily on stable and fast internet for studying, research, and general communication, this is a significant problem. Unfortunately, South Point has consistently failed to address this concern despite numerous complaints.

The internet connection here is incredibly slow, and at times, it’s completely unavailable, which disrupts not only academic work but also everyday tasks like submitting assignments, or even basic streaming and browsing. It's frustrating that after multiple complaints from students, no meaningful action has been taken to improve the situation.

For the rent we pay, reliable internet should not be a luxury but a standard. It’s disappointing that South Point has not prioritized fixing this issue, and it has seriously affected the overall experience of living here. If you're a student looking for a place where reliable internet is crucial, you may want to consider other options. South Point needs to step up and resolve this issue if they want to meet the expectations of their residents.
