SOUTH POINT CLIFTON HEIGHTS BRAAMFONTEIN

I'm writing to blast SOUTH POINT BRAAMFONTEIN for their negligence and poor service delivery!! A male student who lives there was stuck in a freezing elavator for over 10 hours from 10pm on Wednesday night, til 8am on Thursday morning. He was tired and hungry, was returning from studying at the Wits Library only to get stuck in a lift while making his way up to the 9th floor. Why couldn't South Point send someone to come do maintainance, fix the faulty lift and get him out sooner?? These students pay too much money to receive such bad service.. Nobody from their central office came to find out how he was doing when he came out, and why do they not service their lifts?? SOUTH POINT CLIFTON HEIGHTS is a dangerous building for students to live in, it has faulty elavators, a uthi g could happen to anyone of these students!
