South point

I don't know how many times have we experienced loadshedding and water shedding since I moved in this year. We requested backup power but it's like they don't even view our complaints. We had no electricity and water for weeks. The lifts are perfoming. Only 1 lift has been operating for weeks. The washing machines and dryers sometimes stop working, it's a lot.

The south point in general have been operating for years but none of the south point residences have backup power. They Don't care about their customers because , for the fact that they have backup power in their offices at Central means that they know how unrealible braamfontein electricity is yet, they didn't consider having backup power in their residences.
