SOUTH POINT NOT PAYING REFUNDS

I vacated on the 27th Nov 2020 and also app**** for my refund the day before. I saw that online they had posted that if you had not received your refund by the 22nd of Dec 2020 to reapply on their website. I reapp**** for a refund again on the 15th Dec. It is now January. I have been calling the office every week to get my refund but they give weak excuses. It's been almost 2 months now and still no refund Do not stay here. They do not even clean the buildings. The buildings are always filled with ****roaches. The cleaners don't properly clean. Elevators do not work. This place really is just a waste of money.
