Poor service from South Point JHB

Recently, an intruder entered my room and took both my phone and my laptop. South Point manage a building in Braamfontein called Auckland House. The intruder managed to waltz past security, make himself at home, take my belongings, and leave just as simply. When I ask the security who entered the building, he simply said he saw someone he didn't know and let him do as he pleases. That is a testament to both South Point and the security personnel about their level of professionalism. Further more, outside the said accommodation printed on the glass windows are the words "24 hours security system and surveillance" but when I requested for the security footage to see who invaded my apartment, I was met with excuses and delays as to why I cannot see that footage, To this day they have failed to show me the footage, and I have reasonable proof to believe that their surveillance system is not operational despite the writing on the walls. They have offered me zero assistance and showed no remorse in what happened to me, all they do is to avoid and delay the matter, The security system is absolute shambles. AS I EMPHASISE, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SUBSTANDARD ACCOMODATION SERVICE, THEN SOUTH POINT BRAAMFONTEIN IS THE PLACE TO GO!
