Deposit Refund

I'll try to keep this short and sweet, forget about ever getting your deposit back if you're a South Point tenant. I did everything right; paid my rent, kept my discipline, put in a month's notice when I wanted to leave, never broke anything, but I was still charged for things like toilet seat pipes showing and for rooms requiring painting (I'm not joking).
