Complain

Redicolous service, my daughter stays there and they are forever without water or electricity for 3 to 4 days especially over the weekend because their offices are closed to attend to such issues the students must get their food rot in the fridge and never to get to shower or flush toilets. It's disgusting no back up whatsoever.
