SPM customer service

Unfortunately had our dilapidated wheelie bin ****** about 2 weeks ago and had to obtain a case number to provide SPM in order to apply to have the bin replaced. Literally went to the SPM got a ticket and promptly did an errand or two git back in time for my number to be 3rdi the queue. Had my paperwork duly processed by G. SNIPPER, when he was done I asked how long we could expect to wait for the bin and he inquired in their office and consensus was approximately 14 days. This was Friday 9th June 2023, so I informed our family of our pending 2-week wait. Surprise, surprise - early Saturday 10June2023, our doorbell rings and our new wheelie bin is promptly delivered.... Hats off for some beyond expectation, exceptional service from the SPM supply chain.
