Unfair wheel clamping
<p>I was meeting a friend on South on Duncan at +27 cafe, I parked my car in the designated parking area. I got out of my car and told the security gaurd I'm just going to fetch my friend, I'll be right back and I just walked down the road to fetch me friend who didn't know where the place is and showed her directions. When we got back to the parking lot my wheel had been clamped. When I asked the security why my wheel had been clamped they said that I parked their *******ly. I was not parked *******ly because I was going to the businesses the parking was for! The security got very rude and told me that I'm a ****** when I calmly tried talking to him and tried to explain the situation.... I was felt very disrespected because I am definitely not a ****** and the it had nothing to do with race or the color of ones skin! When I asked what I should do I was told I need to call the owner of South on Duncan. I tried calling 10 times in which I was hung up on each time! The owner was very rude and disrespectful and would not listen to what had happened! Each time I tried to tell my side of the story he would hang up the phone while I'm talking. He also shouted at me and swore at me. I feel that I was treated very unfairly for parking in the designated parking spot for where I was going and when I just walked away for 5 minutes to fetch my friend and show her the way, my wheel was clamped! I was infact not parked *******ly because I was making use of the businesses the parkings were designed for! The security was very rude and he actually scared me by coming closer and getting very angry. I have been a customer of +27 cafe for 4 years now and I will definitely not be going back to South on Duncan ever again! I have never been treated so disrespectfully like the owner treated me! And for hanging up on someone having a problem at your building 10 times and shouting and swearing at them is very rude and disrespectful! Nobody would listen to what had happened and nobody even tried to help me. I had to pay R200 to the security gaurd to take off the clamp on my wheel. And when I paid he even had a problem with the R200 note and said he wants change. I was treated very unfairly and I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I think the owner of South on Duncan should be ashamed.</p>
