in absolute awe!!!

I have very few words for the above mentioned supplier, our vehicle was damaged on their property after we had not even touched it the entire weekend. The alleged manager who has nil management skills showed no sympathy and offered no assistance at all. he was quick to jump to his (and staff's) defence with no interest in what we had to tell him. when the issue was escalated to senior management we received some compassion but the fact that they were not willing to take the blame for the damage to property was very infuriating. I am extremely appalled and disappointed in the treatment we received from the organisation.
