Accommodation ****

I made a booking through [URL Removed] for a place called \Birdsongs Cottages"in Nylstroom. We booked and paid for a luxury cottage. Upon arrival at Birdsongs we were checked into a different cottage then what was booked upon enquiring we were told the geyser in the luxury cottage had burst. The cottage we were put into was terrible half the size of the one we booked. The next day we asked at reception if we could be compensated for the difference between the luxury cottage we paid for in comparison to the std. Cottage we had to stay in. We were then given a different price for the luxury cottage and told that [URL Removed] has done false advertising with regards to the prices so we cannot be compensated. I've been using [URL Removed] for years they are 100% legit. There is no network coverage at Birdsongs so we were unable to call [URL Removed] at the time. WARNING to all stay away from BIRDSONG COTTAGES"
