Getting blacklisted for no reason - poor account management

Poorly run business and accounts department.

The below happened to me twice: My medical aid did not make full payment for a consultation, after a few month I received a call from their attorney to pay or to get blacklisted. Southlakes had not contacted even a single time to inform me that I had an outstanding balance.

They Initially captured my details incorrectly, since them I have been multiple times to them to correct it, yet, they still did not contact me to inform me about the outstanding balance.

This is grossly unprofessional.
