Would not encourage anyone to move here

I absolutely hate living here. Has been a nightmare from the start. There are constant issues. I'm now sitting without electricity while everyone else has which I suspect could be damage from maintenance which was messed up. Getting hold of a maintenance man is impossible, there is no clear communication. I am not a visitor, I pay rent! Can't wait to move to a new complex even if I have to pay double. I'm so angry!
