Worst place to rent an apartment

If l was someone out there please don’t settle anything that has AFHCO they too good to be true.

They have racial profiling with service delivery. You don’t lesson to normal life struggles when it comes to rent so if you are self employed or an entrepreneur please don’t add stress to just running your business because sometimes you receive payments early sometimes late they will lock you up if pay rent late none negotiable.

The worst place ever, having guys lock you out when you short pay R780, Paying rent that is over R7000 yet they don't render the said services basic service as having water you don't get in that place, they send goons with a crowbar and ********ly unlock your door and change the lockset and you will get a shock of your life coming home you can’t access your Unit.

If you are in arrears for any amount they will block all prepared utilities in your unit.

*Electricity *Gas for cooking *Gas for hot water

All the above it’s prepaid and and expensive.

We have been having electricity cut like the whole day and this month there was never load shedding. Basic cold water it comes when it wants or when they want l must say.

AFHCO management says nothing about this they go on about their day. I REPEAT IF YOU ANYONE IS CONSIDERING MOVING TO SOUTH HILLS LIFESTYLE ESTATE do yourself a favor and get yourself shack at least you will know it’s yours no one can lock you out.
