The estate has issues with water and electricity

The estate has issues with water and electricity. Water trucks are constantly sent to the estate where one has to fetch water miles away for all necessary necessities. The water today on the 6 Sept 2023 has been gone for a week. With no luck of it returning soon. Electricity is also constantly gone. We had to strike to have it returned. Keep in mind the min there’s loadshedding you will not have access to water either.
