Terrible service
You guys actually deserve a zero. The service is very poor, management is very bad. The agent is very poor. Everything is very poor I regret moving in here. This place is dirty, full of noisy kids, management does not respond to queries. First day when i moved in Jabavu my agent just left the keys with the manager Bongani then Bongani left the keys with the security guards. I moved into a very dirty unit then I wasn't given any card nothing was explained. I had no hot water, no electricity I slept in a dark place. I was told the gas stove batteries are not working which means I could not cook for few days then after that it was never explained how I need to fill up the stupid gas I had to ask other tenants. I was told the management is supposed to give me a remote. I called them i was told I must borrow from other tenants??? Like I don't even know who my neighbors are??? Then comes the finger print, I registered my finger print it doesn't work. I have to explain myself every morning and every night to the guards who I am. Then there is dstv that doesn't work that needs connection/signal. I went to the security to lodge a query it's been 6 days I haven't been assisted. I called Bongani 2 days back he told me to call Peter his phone was on voicemail, this morning I saw him told him about dstv he said he will attend to it but he never did. There is also a "carport" that we pay for monthly that we don't have actually. Its very unfair that you guys make your tenants pay for carports that don't exist. Parking here is a mission. We end up parking our cars in the yard. How can you allocate 21 carports for 64 units??? It's first come first park otherwise you will have to park your car somewhere random in the yard while we pay for these so called carports every month!! Very poor service. I can't wait to move out. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
