I guess I'm about to get evicted? ... allow me to cook ..waterless just salt.

Moved in here a year ago in November, agents did what agents do only more extreme here .... sold me a dream apartment . Day 1 of coming in already had no water and was told it's just a minor problem it would be fixed. Secondly I asked for my parking ( which we pay for every month ) ... I was told to park anywhere and that a parking bay would be allocated to me within thr week .. ( it's been a year later ) . My unit had some broken tiles which where never attended to cause the construction guys are never here. With all that Said .. a wifi service that works when it wants to . Once rent is late by a day they already switch off your wifi and services. You can't buy electricity or water or gas . It's my first time seeing the rule of putting locks on someone's door without their consent or warning. You just get home and your apartment is locked... no security can help you or management ..worse in the weekend ..what if you have family and kids? . Biggest issue of all ...no water. We literally have to go weeks with no water or PROPER explanation. How do I pay for levies when I don't get the levies service.... so afhco is money hungry... no proper service delivery. This kind of complaint can even get one evicted because you are seen as a threat . MANAGEMENT hardly responds..the only rime you are spoken to is if it is to do with rent . What type of service delivery is this? Help us South Africa
