Horrible service from Afhco Property Management

Atrocious service delivery from Afhco Property Management. We must live without water for weeks and weeks on end. Water comes back for a day or 2 then its gone again for over a week (I must carry buckets of water up and down while I just had an operation). I am back and forth to doctors because of infections and complications. I incur additional costs paying people to help me fill up water to avoid further complications. Houses just down the road from the complex have water so this nonsense excuse of water shortage in Johannesburg cannot be used.

There are other issues, like electricity, gas, billing etc... If you are planning to move, make sure you don't move here or any other complex/building managed by AFHCO because I know a few people in other complexes who have the same complaints about this organisation. They don't even bother responding to emails/calls. Customer service agents will tell you someone will call back, no one ever does. They do not bother assisting tenants with issues, they just turn a blind eye.
