General service delivery

The worst place ever , having guys lock you out when you R150, yet they don't render the said services basic service as having water you don't get in that place , they send goons with guns to scare you then lock you up . I have never been this traumatized, and their stuff AFHCO management says nothing about this they go kn about their day. I REPEAT IF YOU ANYONE IS CONSIDERING MOVING TO SOUTH HILLS LIFESTYLE ESTATE do your self a favour and continue searching unless you want to develop health issues with this stupid herendous place. I definitely regret moving here.
