“Estate” dissapointment!

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the living conditions since moving in on October 1st. I was excited about residing in this community, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from what I anticipated.

In the month I have been here, we have only had water availability for one week. This is incredibly challenging for my family, as we are forced to carry heavy water from JOJO tanks. I find this situation unacceptable, especially considering that we are paying rent.

Moreover, there has been a significant lack of communication regarding this issue. It would have been helpful for new tenants to be informed about such expectations beforehand.

Due to the ongoing water issues and lack of action or communication from AFCHO, I have decided to move out at the end of this month. I hope steps will be taken to better inform and support future tenants.
