Bad Bad Treatment

Good day

Please assist. I registered my son at South Hills Combined School this year. My son started on the 12-02-2021 as I paid a registration fee and submitted all the stationery that was on the list for grade 4. On Tuesday the 16-02-2021 he came home with bruised fingers as he got hurt/ assulted by the teacher who used a wood chalk board duster. The following day I called the school to make them aware of the incident to my surprise nothing was said or done. On Wednesday he came home with a painful ear telling me that the maths teacher squeezed his ear using his nails as he was struggling to finish his maths class worker and I called the school on Thursday morning again nothing was done or said about the incident. I called the school serveral times asking to speak to the principal and asking for a call back .this issue has been on going still calling still no response from the school. I was told on Friday 19-02-2021 that there was a meeting scheduled and i was asked to attend. I attended the meeting which was not fruitful as per the concerns I had . I called the principal on Monday, she did not answer. called again Tuesday no answer, left text messages no reply stil. called the school serveral times on Wednesday she was not available to answer my calls. I attempted for the last time then I ran out of airtime and she called me back as I was about to talk to her she sounded like to doesn't hear me and dropped the call. So my request is that, may I please have all the stationery that I bought for my son as well as a full refund for registration that I paid. My son no longer wants to attend the school due to the incidents that occurred. May I please be assisted in this regard. Thanks
