Nurse negligence

I am writing this with absolute sadness of how the nurse at South Hills Clinic is treating pregnant ladies who attend antenatal care there. There was literally 8 of us but she could not assist all of us. We are told to get there before the clinic opens we do just that but we are told at 4pm that we can’t be assisted as the clinic is closed we should go home and come back tomorrow whereas we sit the whole day waiting to be assisted & yet we arrived there at 6am. The nurse takes her precious 1 hour with 1 patient, gets busy on her phone & takes phone calls during that time hence why she does not get to finish assisting us. I did not get her name but she is short & wears glasses she’s the only nurse who attends pregnant ladies
