bad service horrible

I went to this dental surgery twice was told that they couldn't verify my medical aid had to pay cash as i was desperate when i had to ask for a statement to claim i was sent from pillar to post, its very ********* that you have a valid medical aid yet forced to pay cash for a service you medical aid can cover the receptionist didn't even make an effort to call which i assume they only work with cash then why not stick to that than have medical aids link to your service if you don't want to use them their service sucks it needs to be investigated what type of health service offers this type of nonsense
