BAVEN ON SEA - Withholding my deposit without cause and ignoring me

I had booked my family vacation with this company for a self catering house called BAVEN ON SEA in the south coast of Kwazulu Natal. The agreement was that I pay a R1000.00 breakages deposit and that this will be refunded 7 working days after checkout. This was in April. I have not yet received my deposit 2 months after checking out as advised on the booking confirmation. All attempts to communicate with them have been unsuccessful. I have tried calling, emailing and also WhatsApp. They ignore my calls, texts and emails.
