Gamage garage door

My name is Sibonelo Thanda Mbanjwa, from Mkhazini Residence, the place is under Kwamakhutha. The owner of the company took money from me and promised to come and install garage door for me. He took money and promised to come back when he have right material but since then, he never came back. It has been 6 months waiting, numerous whats-app messages has been sent, phone calls and sms has been sent.I have pleaded with him. knowing very well my condition, he always fooled me and promised to come and repair the garage door.

I always try to keep good relationship with people, hence that why I have patiently waited for him to come and render service as per our agreement. I paid in June last year. I have spoke with me legal assistance and she ask me to send him an email for the last time.

This started in 2020, I paid him for the installation of the garage door. It took him 6 months to come into my house to install the door. The material was used up and I could tell that it was not going to last. I paid him R10-000. in early 2020, and the door was only installed in 2021, and you could tell the door was not strong enough, it moved off the trailer, mind this is an automotive garage door. I made him aware that the door was giving me problems and it was too soon for the door to start having problems. I told him that he had used the used material. In June last year, 20202 he demanded that I make an additional R4-000 if I want him to fix the same door that I have warned him about. I told him that I had experienced bad service from him so I was not comfortable depositing cash this time, he insisted, he said he will not come if I do not deposit the money.

I was desperate, so I ended up depositing R3800-00, with hope that he will come soon since I made it clear that it was an emergency, I am a partially disable man, living alone so I need to have an automotive door in my condition. It is where he keeps on saying that I will come the next day, every time when I call him he keeps saying I will come. This has caused frustration in my life, my life has been very difficuland I have made him aware.
