Can't fix car properly

I had an accident last year April(2016), and the insurance(MiWay) sent my car went to South City Panel Beater for repairs. I got my car back a month and a half afterwards, it looked good at first glance, but after a couple of months, I had to replace a light bulb that popped, and discovered that the light does not come out like it supposed to when you un***** it. Upon further investigation, I noticed that the headlights, as well as the bumper was fastened with WOOD*****S!!!! I logged a complaint, demanding it be repaired properly, and I wanted my car to go to a different place other than South City Panel Beaters. The owner of South City Panel Beaters asked for a second chance to make it right, and stupidly I agreed. Everything was fixed again, brand new headlights and brackets for the bumper, again, all looked good at first glance, but the bumper seemed a bit height, and the bonnet was pushing down on it. A month ago, I took my car for a quote for a new timing belt, and the person doing the quote also noticed it was a bit high, and when he closed the bonnet, the bumper popped out on the sides. Inspecting the car further, we noticed the paint on the front of the bumper was starting to crack due to the pressure of the bonnet pushing down on the bumper. I logged a complaint again with MiWay, to sort out this issue once and for all, I met with the regional manager of MiWay on the 6th Of June, 2017, and till this day, I have not heard back from them at all, and the issue still persists.
