Money lost due to poor service

I entrusted my hard earned money into the hands of these brokers who in retrospect invested my money badly. As a result on my meagre nurses savings I am sitting with a useless return as these brokers never acted on Sanlam's poor performance. It is unfair and an absolute disgrace that they just brush it off not being interested to rectify or compensate me for their bad investment
