DISAPPOINTING AND EMBARRASSING

<p>I hired this company to do the catering for my 50th birthday party. I had invited 90 guests and had been planning this day for months. What a disaster my special day turned out to be. They were 3 hours late; forgot the crockery and cutlery; the tablecloths were substandard, unironed and dirty and to top it off they totally undercatered! Only about 75 guests arrived (I had paid for 90) - some left without eating as the food was so late and the meat was not even enough to feed the remaining guests!! I was so embarrased. I tried to contact the owner from 1pm that day (when they were supposed to have arrived) to find out about their whereabouts and he did not even bother to answer his phone. I phoned and emailed after the event and did not even receive as much as a reply, nevermind an apology! Shocking!! Money gone to waste and a special day ruined - unforgivable!!</p>
