South Cape Wireless Poor Service

I realy have to write about the poor service I received and is continuing to receive at South Cape Wireless. They have a branch in Oudtshoorn with the worst customer service in the country. They provide internet services to local customers, whereas they always promise stable connection speeds and open communication they never deliver. I have contacted their head Hugo and the assistent Matthew many times in regards to to fixing my low internet speed and high ping. They never take time to fix my internet connection speed. Yet every month they have no problem collecting R 500 plus for their poor internet. I have contacted them on multiple occassions and they always promise to correct their bad service yet never delivers. When I threathened to leave South Cape Wireless they laughed and told me I have no rights to complain and should be glad to pay R 500 as it is the cheapest internet in the South Cape. To date they have not responded to my numerous complaints. I hope that not paying them the monthly would enact some service from them but they threatened to simply cut off my internet connection. South Cape Wireless is without a doubt the worst internet service provider in the South Cape. Of course I am going to switch internet providers but I hope that I am not their only victim.
