poor service

Door handle on my car is broken . Took it to there. They charged me 2000+ complete . Paid for courier everything . They then tell me the next day it will arrive around 10:30am . I said okay i will take an off day at my campus (which i missed an important meeting and a 4 hour lecture) . Waiting till 12 and then i called to check and they said yes it should be here and it will be sorted out today no stress. Came to about 2pm no phone call. ..then i call and they said no its no coming today it will come tmrw. And i have a full day of work which is tmrw. Then i requested to speak with thr manager and the lady told me he would call back to me in about an hour. Im still waiting for that phone call . I am very disheartened. They shouldnt make mw pay for a service i will not get and they shouldn't make promises they cant keep .
