SANSM Still Hasn’t Refunded My R2,500 Entry Fee

I paid R2,500 to South Africa’s Next Supermodel (SANSM) on 2 May 2025 for entry into their competition. I cancelled my participation before the first meeting, and was promised a refund multiple times over several months.

SANSM kept saying there were “funding issues” and that I would be refunded on 25 September 2025, but that date has passed and I still haven’t received my money.

I have already contacted the Ombudsman, the National Consumer Commission (NCC), and the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic) about this matter.

At this point, I want my R2,500 refund processed immediately.
