CAPE TOWN 7s disappointment

I attend Cape Town 7s regularly. Every year I keep watching out for 7s tickets and always buy 10, and another friend another 10. This year they informed us that we must register as loyal viewers and we may be issued with a loyalty number and allowed to buy either 4 or 7 tickets. I was lucky enough to receive such a number. But when I entered the number, I was offered 7 tickets at R1750, as opposed to the previous years' affordable tickets. I wrote to an email correspondent, across whom I stumbled in my efforts to communicate with SARU. He rep****: I will however forward your email directly to SARU and hopefully they will provide you with the correct action to take. To this day - no response. And I will probably not be considered for the loyalty privilege in future. Myself and my friends are staying away this year.
