Payment paid into a wrong account

I was sold my shares in April 2021. I was told that my shares were bought and I can only receive my payment on the 5th of May 2021. The payment was made to the wrong account. Of which I have stated on the Sell form paper which account to use and also I have sent the confirmation letter. I was told that the issue will be resolved this morning and when I call or send emails I don't get a response.
