IMPOSSIBLE TO BUY RSA RETAIL BONDS

I want to buy Retail Bonds but can't even register online because you can't enter the name of your Bank. You search for the bank, find it, click on it but you can't enter it on the online form. Please get an IT expert to set it up properly.
