Give banks TRAINING how to except Broken notes

Can u please assist the banks with the Broken notes due its been always a problem when u ask them to help u are they do not take the money.Always make u feel that the money is **** after it was in washing machine.I keep this broken notes for bitter days and depend on it as it have still its value but the banks dont give a hell to assist u if the sèe u have quite alot.It means that i have to throw its away why? if they suppose to help they make u really feel uncomfortable and on top of that u have to pay to get there and even for the parcking they just dont care. SO PLEASE GIVE THEM PROPER TRAINING HOW IT WORKS.I aslo running a small shop sometimes people are coming with broken note to bay bread and for me to say i dont want to help make me feel truly bad so please consider those people thats in nees to.
