Foreign currency exchange

Good day

I understand that this matter may or may not apply to your department, but I really require urgent assistance regarding this.

I am in position of foreign currency Indian Rupees to be exact, and I seem to be having trouble exchanging them. I have tried a few places I saw online but all of them told they do not buy Indian rupees, that I includes ABSA bank whom I was referred to declined.

This is very frustrating to me cause I'm sitting on money that I cannot use.

I would appreciate your urgent feedback on this matter.
