Account dispute

I had a reply from African Bank regarding the loan dispute however the email address provided is invalid "***" . I spoke to a friendly consultant "Mawande" and she could not provide me with an alternative email. I am pleading with African Bank to please contact me to offer me a reasonable discount on this outstanding debt given the current situation the money I have on me might be the last .
