Wont use again or recommend

Will not be using them again. Packers arrive late. Various issues with departure delays, that causing exchange rate increase and subsequently me having to pay, no admission from them. Held planned delivery at destination with no opportunity to pay exchange rate increase before cancelling, causing delayed to delivery. Not great people to deal with.
