<div>WARNING TO ANYONE READING THIS!!!! Do not use this company unless you want to continue getting additional cost after additional cost. For me, it started with the initial cost, which was around R30k for some on my goods to be delivered to Ireland. I asked the person quoting if they could inspect my goods in South Africa before they quote as I did not want surprises once they collect my goods. I was assured that their costing is pretty accurate and the final cost wouldn’t change by much. We agreed on the quotation and paid. Once they received the money and collected my goods, the cost now went up to R40k, due to volume which they had not accounted for they claimed. Keep in mind my goods did not change. After a lengthy argument, with the company having my goods in their possession, I decided to pay and was assured that this was the last cost. To my surprise, when the goods were forwarded for delivery, I got an additional R2k cost, which they stated was due to currency fluctuations. I requested an explanation/breakdown on how they got to the figure on email, as I was keeping email trails of my experience to share with others. They did not respond for two weeks. I then followed up, wanting to close out this issue. The response I then got was: “Kindly note that your goods will be put on hold until your account has been settled.” The figure they want me to pay could be anything picked out of the air. You ask for an explanation, you are basically told to pay if you want your goods. This is all before I even receive my goods.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>
