Very unhappy customer

My delivery was supposed to arrive in 3 months and it was delaid up to 8 months .Some of my goods were damaged but the worst is my JBL systems was missing and South African Relocations have gone quiet about replacing it,we have called so many times and they just treat you like a fool sending you from pillar to post.They made us pay insurance and now its clear we have just been taken advantage off.
