Unreasonable ******ionate charges spoil an otherwise 5-star performance

I previously submitted a 5-star review for the collection-packing-shipping to UK service. However, on the day arranged for delivery SA Relocations stopped the process and later demanded a completely unreasonable extra amount be paid. This amount has not been justified and SA Relocations refuse to explain the amount. This is unprofessional, at a minimum, and may be viewed as ******ion. I almost didn't use SA Relocations because of reports of later unreasonable charges. I can confirm these reports are now validated.
