Unprofessional and immoral company - DO NOT USE!

SA Relocations are the worst kind of business - DO NOT USE. After a seemingly efficient process of going through the items to be shipped, booking a date for the movers and agreeing a quote, everything went DRASTICALLY downhill. Months later they tell me that the volume was higher than expected and so they are now charging me an additional 50%......someone is very bad at their job to a quote that wrong after seeing all the items to be shipped! Then comes the truly terrible customer service where you can't speak with anyone no matter how many times you formally request it. Managers are clearly used to angry customers and stay well clearly. After months of back and forth on email about the validity of this increased cost, 'Monique' emails and says she's won't respond to further emails and I just need to pay the bill. I have never been so stunned by such unprofessional behaviour. The company are likely ******** in their dealings but once they have your stuff they have you over a barrel (I also had to pay storage fees whilst I argued my case). I finally paid up but I'm over £1000 poorer for it. TERRIBLE COMPANY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! SA authorities should be looking into them as they give the country a bad name. Also, if you read through the 5 star reviews, most sound almost identical and those that are different are written before customers have tried to actually get delivery of their items.
