I have moved several times in my life but I have never come across a relocation company that took such a personal interest and were available at the touch of a phone call to offer reassurance or help. South African Relocations is the best relocation service ever. From the beginning our confidence was initiated when Stephen, a really nice friendly chap, did a physical house call to quote on the move and it was that act that sealed the deal for us. No other relocation company that we asked for quotes sent a representative. Our move turned out to be a lot more complicated than we first planned, but Stephen was always available to help and plan forward, nothing was too much trouble. We always felt our best interests were at hand and were very confident that out household goods were being taken care of. SA Relocations packed our stuff from our home. They were amazing, very efficient and very sensitive during what is known as a stressful time.. What ensued thereafter resulted in our stuff being in storage with SA Relocations for 2 years. we remained confident that it was stored in a secure and safe environment and the rentals thereof were dealt very efficiently by Andrew the accountant. It was such a pleasure dealing with everyone from this company. When we eventually received our household goods, across land borders and the African roads , it was so well packed , the only breakage that we ensued was a small garden pot. Absolutely amazing!! Our experience with SA Relocations has been an absolute pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
