So far so good...

From the first phone call, to the first visit the following day... they were friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing.

Sharon was amazing. She has even saved us money with import duties because we had no idea that we could fill in a Transfer or Residence form, which they supp**** the link for us.

First contact was on the 26th September 2022. Today is the 6th and everything that we wanted to send over was already collected yesterday.

The two gentlemen who came to wrap and collect my stuff were absolutely amazing. What I thought was a good job in my packing... was redone by them 100% better. They wrapped, reboxed and positioned things professionally to avoid any damage. Everything was marked accordingly. If I had any doubt with my belongings being ruined... it had subsided when they started. It's amazing to see guys still smiling doing the hard work job they do daily. They love their job, so I know my stuff is in good hands.

No matter who answers the calls when I call the office (me calling to ask stupid questions), they can answer all my questions in a friendly manner. So it's not just an individual we are working with, it's a whole team of professionals.
