They suck. the business is closing no notice just an email stating to collect my thing.

they did not call back to confirm the appointment made to to collect. Take note i will collect my things tomorrow 13 June 2024 if you are not going to allow me i will open a case of theft and add 11% interest on the refund amount that still has not been refunded.
