TERRIBLE SERVICE DELIVERY AND DAMAGE TO GOODS.

Terrible company!

At the begining sales constant created good first impression. After I have paid, everything stopped. Not even once somebody bothered to call or keep me updated. I constantly have to beg for an answer where shipping is, when the delivery is, what is the claim status, etc.

Goods were damaged during transportation because of poor packing on furniture corners and as above - absolutely no service delivery - no follow ups, no claim processing. It is now pending artificially increased storage fees payment... it is almost double from what I was warned about.

Guy who had to coordinate my delivery is the worst. He stopped answering my mails and calls even though he was my coordinator for delivery.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. YOU WILL BE BETTER OF WITH ABSOLUTELY ANYBODY ELSE. They are one of the worst companies I have dealt with!
