Terrible customer service!
This company has absolutely no understanding of what customer service is, and the owner Kyle is clueless about dealing with customers. We paid our UK shipping company to ship our goods from the UK to South Africa. SA Relocations were the local agent handling our shipment.......on the day of the delivery to our house, they realized that they had not been paid by the UK company, and halfway through offloading, decided to stop, and threatened to leave with our goods until we sorted out the payment. This should have been dealt with by them long before offloading as we had paid in advance 100% for packing, shipping and offloading in SA....the owner Kyle told me that it was not his problem, and that we had to sort it out........Steer clear of this company!

I can only apologise if this caused some distress to you, it was only for a mere 10 minutes which we had put the delivery on hold. Please as well try to understand our side, as we do need these funds prior to delivery and we did follow up with your removal agents, however we wanted your delivery to happen as we promised you that delivery date. We would most certainly not threaten you to leave. This is very concerning to read as our team was already there and we want to complete a delivery in the great manner as we always do. Our main goal is to keep our clients happy, and we are very sorry you did not have a great experience with us.
